Hey there! Welcome to our refund policy page. We’re all about making killer videos for you, and we wanna keep things fair and square if something doesn’t work out. Here’s the deal—straight from my head to yours, no fluff.
Our Promise
We’re a pro video editing crew, and we pour our hearts into every project. Our goal? Deliver edits that make you go “Whoa, that’s dope!” But if something’s off, we’ve got your back with this policy. It’s all about trust—yours in us, and ours in keeping things smooth.
How Refunds Work
- Before We Start Editing: If you change your mind within 5 hours of dropping your deposit or payment, no sweat—we’ll refund you 50%. Just shoot us an email at support@fhopic.com and say “Hey, I’m out.” We’ll process it back to your card or whatever you paid with in 5-7 business days.
- Once We’ve Started: Once we kick off—meaning we’ve opened your files, started cutting, or even had a brainstorming sesh—no full refunds. Why? ‘Cause we’ve already put time and creative juice into it. But here’s the good part: if we’re still early (like, less than 25% done), we’ll refund 75%. After that, it’s case-by-case—email us, and we’ll chat about what’s fair.
- Delivered Videos: If we send you the final cut and you’re not vibing with it, you’ve got 4 hours to let us know what’s wrong. We’ll do up to 2 free revision rounds to fix it. Still not happy after that? We’ll dig into it—could be a partial refund or project credit, depending on what went sideways. No refunds after 5 days from delivery, though—gotta keep things moving!
Cancellations
- Wanna pause or ditch a project? Hit us up at support@fhopic.com at least 2 business days before your next billing cycle (if you’re on a subscription) or before we start the next phase (for one-offs). Less notice than that, and we might keep 50% of the upcoming payment to cover what we’ve prepped. No hard feelings—just business!
Subscription Plans
- If you’re on a monthly editing plan (like our “Unlimited Edits” package), you can cancel anytime—just give us a heads-up 5 days before your renewal date. No refunds for the current month once it’s started, but we won’t charge you for the next one. Unused credits? They don’t roll over or turn into cash—use ‘em while you’ve got ‘em!
When We Can’t Refund
- Your Footage Stinks: If you send us blurry, shaky, or unusable clips and we can’t work magic, that’s on you—no refunds there. We’ll warn you upfront if it’s a no-go.
- Change of Heart Late: Deciding mid-project you don’t need a video anymore? We get it, but we can’t refund time we’ve already spent.
- Force Majeure: If a hurricane, power outage, or alien invasion stops us cold, we’ll finish when we can—no refunds for delays beyond our control.
How to Get a Refund
Drop us a line at support@fhopic.com with your order number and what’s up. We’ll eyeball it, chat if we need to, and sort it out within 10 business days. Money goes back how it came—PayPal, card, Any UPI, NEFT, IMPS whatever.
Final Thoughts
